Travel Policy Review Terms & Conditions
1. Offer valid from May 30, 2025, to July 23, 2025.
2. Available to organizations headquartered in the U.S.
3. Must redeem through campbelltravel.com/gbta-2025 by submitting required data and attending an initial consultation.
4. Limited data is required. No data will be retained if the organization chooses not to proceed.
5. The Travel Policy Review will be completed within 10 business days after data submission and the initial consultation.
6. Eligibility requires appointments to be scheduled within the promotional period.
7. Offer is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be combined with other promotions.
8. Campbell Travel reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
Campbell Travel Trip Giveaway – Official Rules and Terms & Conditions
Eligibility:
Open to individuals aged 21 and older who are registered attendees of GBTA 2025. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Campbell Travel, Omni Hotels, and any associated vendors are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited.

Participants who attend their scheduled appointment with a Campbell Travel representative (either pre-conference or completed at the booth) will receive one (1) additional entry.

Winner Selection & Notification:
One winner will be selected at random and notified by email or phone within 10 business days after GBTA 2025 concludes. The winner will have 5 business days to respond to claim the prize. If no response is received, an alternate winner may be selected.

Reservations are subject to availability and blackout dates. Stay must be completed in a single trip. Prize stay is only valid at participating Omni Hotels in the contiguous U.S. Hotel certificate is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen certificates will not be reissued.
Airfare:
Reservations are subject to availability and blackout dates. Air travel must be completed in a single round-trip. Airfare is limited to $1,000 total and is valid within the contiguous U.S. Any costs above $1,000 or related to upgrades, seat selection, baggage, or changes are the responsibility of the traveler.
