Founder and CEO
A four-time recipient of the CEO Dallas 100 award, Bob founded Campbell Travel and has continued to guide it through over forty years of innovation in an ever-changing marketplace. Since graduating from the University of Texas, Bob has served in a variety of Leadership capacities including Boy Scouts, the Gladney Center for Adoption, and a number of churches and schools. Bob’s love for travel extends beyond the business aspect to the personal side of travel, always adventuring to new places and seeking new experiences.
Bill Campbell began his career in ticket delivery with Campbell Travel as a high school student in 1984. In 1986, Bill left Dallas to attend college at Texas Tech University, graduating with a BBA from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech in 1991. Bill was a Distinguished Graduate and winner of the Texas Tech University President’s Award and was subsequently commissioned a Regular Officer in the United States Air Force. Bill proudly served his country as a pilot, commanding worldwide missions in the C-5 Galaxy until 1997, and as an Instructor and Evaluator for the advanced phase of UPT, in the T-1 Jayhawk, until early 2001.
Teri began her career as an onsite leisure agent over thirty years ago. Her travel experience includes roles in operations, account management and sales. While working as an account manager for a fortune 50 client, she had the opportunity to accept a new role working directly for them managing their travel program. Eventually, she moved into an expanded role within procurement focusing on strategic planning, change management, process improvement and vendor management.

Jennifer brings over seven years of strategic leadership in the travel industry. Her expertise lies in blending strategic thinking with a customer-centric approach, built over 20 years of dedicated service excellence. Jennifer’s passion for travel and dedication to process improvement have been instrumental in shaping her professional path. Her strategic mindset has driven innovative enhancements to our processes, ensuring our adaptability in the ever-evolving landscape of travel. Jennifer finds joy in exploring the world with her family. Cruises, in particular, hold a special place in her heart.
