You will have your own dedicated point of contact in our Corporate Services department to act as your liaison between Campbell Travel, your company, and travel suppliers. We work with you to continually refine your travel program.

Periodic reviews

Others may bury you in a pile of reports and call it customer service, but that’s not our way. We meet with you on a scheduled basis to review and interpret your reports, and to discuss opportunities to improve your savings.

Supplier negotiations

You are not alone. Travel supplier negotiations can be a frustrating and fruitless experience, but it doesn’t have to be. We help you analyze your travel patterns, focus your travel expenditures, and are at your side during negotiations.

Travel policy development

Is your travel policy outdated? Do you have a travel policy? We have worked with many of our corporate clients to develop or modify a travel policy that suits their needs. We look forward to assisting you as well.

Seminars

A well-informed traveler is a safer and happier traveler, and we want to do our part in educating your employees on the dos and don’ts. We offer seminars to our corporate clients on a variety of topics, such as reservation processes and online booking.
